About
The Transportation and Commerce Committee shall consider all matters pertaining to business attraction, retention, and development, the City’s convention and tourist centers, Arts & Cultures commissions, and transportation and commerce industries, including airports, railroads, wharves, ports, bridges, inter-city/state trucking, state and federal highways, public and mass transit. Maintains communication with Airport Authority, the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission, the Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority, the Regional Arts Commission, Missouri and Federal Departments of Transportation, and relevant components of the St. Louis Development Corporation.
