Summary
The FY 2027 Neighborhood Plan Implementation NOFA provides funding to turn adopted neighborhood plans into action through large-scale projects, improvements, programs and services. CDA is seeking proposals that advance specific priorities identified in neighborhood plans and leverage additional public and private investment to create meaningful neighborhood improvements.

North Central Plan (Vandeventer & Covenant Blu-Grand Neighborhoods) (2021)
Design Downtown STL (Downtown, Downtown West Neighborhoods) (2020)
Gravois Jefferson Historic Neighborhoods Plan (Benton Park West, Gravois Park, Northeast Dutchtown Neighborhoods) (2018)
Skinker-DeBaliviere Neighborhood Urban Design and Development Plan (Skinker-DeBaliviere Neighborhood) (2018)
A Stronger Northside (The Ville, Greater Ville, Kingsway East) (2025)
Walnut Park and Mark Twain (Walnut Park West, Walnut Park East, Mark Twain) (2026)
Baden and North Pointe Neighborhood Plan (Baden and North Pointe) (2026)
Project Connect (Jeff-Vander-Lou, St. Louis Place, Old North St. Louis, Hyde Park, Carr Square, Columbus Square) (2026 pending)
