Rendering is done of 3740 Iowa, a home being renovated by St. Louis Art Place Initiative. St. Louis Art Place Initiative has secured 25 parcels of vacant properties in Gravois Park from the City of St. Louis to build 20 units of single-family housing over the next 3-5 years.
