3507-11 Juniata

Millennium Restoration and Construction completed 3507, 3509, and 3511 Juniata, three outstanding rehab projects located east of the Commerce Bank on South Grand in the Tower Grove East Neighborhood. All three were sold to owner-occupant families. The "Three Knights" were meticulously restored by Millennium with attention to historic detail, including extensive use of millwork. Since these rehabs were completed, Millennium also built a new custom-designed storefront-style home at 3501 Juniata, making a once-forlorn site a showcase for city living, with both new and historic rehabbed spaces.
