Madame Comptroller:

I wanted to thank your Internal Audit Section - and especially Dr. Ishmael Ikpeama, Internal Audit Supervisor - for its work on the Police Division Overtime Pay Audit. I was very impressed by the audit's thoroughness and clarity in addressing a very troubling issue that impacts both the City and its citizens.

Thank you for providing a way for us to address these concerns.
