Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and issues surrounding the same, including the closure of businesses and the resulting requirement  for many firms to work remotely, the due date for responses to this Request for Proposals has been extended from April 17, 2020, to May 17, 2020. Also, responsive sealed proposals solely in the form of secured electronic copy, without the submission of five, or any, paper copies will be accepted and not rejected on basis of format.
