This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is issued by and through the Office of the City Counselor of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, Sheena Hamilton. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualifications for the purpose of establishing a list for the possible future hiring of law firms to provide legal services, as set forth below in the scope of services, for the City of St. Louis, its departments, and its related agencies and entities. The City of St. Louis is seeking high-quality, cost-efficient, proactive legal services through a competitive process.
