Health Stop Testing and Referral Center
Sexual health testing and referral services available four days a week at no cost.
The City of St. Louis Department of Health makes it easy for people to receive no cost and confidential sexual health testing services through its “Health Stop” testing and referral center. Located on the first floor of the 1520 Market Street building, the testing center is convenient for those visiting the building for city services, including the Department of Health. 1520 Market is located on several MetroBus lines and near the Civic Center Transit Center with MetroLink service, aiding those in need of testing services.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all visitors must wear a mask and undergo a temperature check prior to entering the 1520 Market building.
The Health Stop testing center is open four (4) days a week for testing and referral services.
- Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (last client taken at 5:20 p.m.)
Appointments are encouraged; however, walk-ins are accepted. To schedule an appointment and for more information, call 314.657.1584.
