Overview

Lead screening services are available to children six years of age and under that live in the City of St. Louis.

Instructions

Please contact your primary care provider or your local Federally Qualified Health Center to schedule a lead testing appointment. Find your nearest FQHC here.

Fees

Screenings are provided at no cost. 

What to Expect

  • Lead screenings consist of a simple finger prick.
