City of St. Louis Invites Community to PlanSTL Area 4 Launch Party
Participants will learn how the Area 4 Neighborhood Plan will be developed, share ideas and priorities, and learn how to get involved.
The City of St. Louis is inviting community members to the official launch of PlanSTL’s Area 4 Neighborhood Planning Initiative, a new community-driven process designed to build a stronger, greener and more connected future for North St. Louis neighborhoods.
Resident input and involvement in this process will assist the City in identifying priorities for capital improvement projects, new land-use maps, evaluation criteria and more.
Dinner will be provided, and children’s activities will be available for families attending the launch party taking place on Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the O’Fallon Park Rec Complex (4343 W. Florissant Ave.), Community Rooms A–C. A project presentation will begin at 6:30 PM.
Planning Area 4 includes the neighborhoods of Wells-Goodfellow, Kingsway West, Hamilton Heights, Penrose, Fairground Neighborhood, O’Fallon and College Hill.
