Rasmus Jorgensen

Rasmus Jorgensen is a former journalist who immigrated to the United States from his native Denmark in 2016 and became a U.S. citizen in 2021. As a reporter, he has covered local government for The Elkhart Truth and Missouri courtrooms for Missouri Lawyers Media. He also previously served as director of media relations for the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office in Indiana. He is honored to now serve Mayor Jones and the people of St. Louis. Jorgensen is a graduate of the Danish School of Media & Journalism. He lives in the city with his wife and daughter.
