The final draft of the City of St. Louis 2025 Sustainability & Climate Plan (SCP) is available for public review and comment now through October 7th, 2025 at 5pm.

You can find instructions on how to leave a comment, where physical copies of the draft plan are located and a PDF download for review on the SCP document page.
