Overview
Representatives of all St. Louis City buildings 50,000 square feet and larger must submit a benchmarking report to the Office of Building Performance each year. You will need to enter your Building ID in your report.

Use the Begin Online button below to fill out the Building ID form. You will need to enter the address of the building and your contact information.

What to Expect
You will receive your Building ID via email to the email address you provide when you submit the form.
