Jacinta Vanderford is a dedicated public safety leader and EMS Communications Supervisor with a career spanning over a decade. She has successfully managed and  is experienced in high-stakes emergency dispatch environments. Currently serving with the St. Louis Fire Department, she excels as the intersection of operational excellence and strategic quality assurance. In addition to her supervisory role, she serves as a QA/QI Officer for the St. Louis City Fire Department, where she contributes to improving emergency dispatch performance and maintaining high-level standards. Her work centers on strengthening emergency readiness through rigorous system troubleshooting, ongoing staff training, and the continuous improvement of dispatch workflows.
