Program Overview
The Dutchtown Opportunity Coalition for Youth (DOCY), run by Employment Connections, supports at-risk and disengaged youth through alternative programs and activities. DOCY fosters social connections, skill development, conflict resolution, teamwork, self-esteem, and academic and career growth to help reduce risky behaviors. Activities include movie nights, Halloween Trunk or Treat, video game tournaments, town halls, and college readiness workshops.
The program is funded by Prop S for 2025.

Program Eligibility
In order to take part in the program, youth must be ages 10-17 who reside in the City of St. Louis Dutchtown, Gravois Park, Mount Pleasant, and Marine Villa neighborhoods facing academic challenges or needing job skills training.
