Intensive Track (Community Referral Pathway)
The Intensive Track (Community Referral Pathway) program serves survivors of harm as well as the people responsible for the harm by implementing processes that facilitate reconciliation, repair, accountability, and healing.
Program Overview
The Freedom Community Center's Intensive Track program facilitates the creation of individualized case management plans for survivors and/or perpetrators of harm. The plans are generated to establish the participant's ability to foster support networks, connect with mental health professionals, and engage in restorative justice circles. Each participant, and up to two family members are provided specialized psychotherapy services through the University of Missouri St. Louis' Community Psychological Service.
The program is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
The program is operated by the Freedom Community Center: https://www.freedomstl.org/
