Mobile Health Clinic

The Mobile Health Clinic provides targeted medical and behavioral health services to individuals recently released from incarceration.

Program Overview

Saint Louis University's School of Medicine Mobile Health Clinic, staffed by SLU School of Medicine faculty, addresses behavioral and emotional health needs, provides routine healthcare and case management, and supports individuals transitioning after incarceration. Patients requiring ongoing medical care are referred to local providers.

The program is supported by General Revenue (GR).

The program is operated by Saint Louis University School of Medicine in partnership with St. Louis Integrated Health Network.

Program Eligibility

Services provided by the Mobile Health Clinic are available to any person over the age of 18 returning to St. Louis City after incarceration in the City Justice Center, County Justice Center or Missouri prisons, as well as individuals under the supervision of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.

The Mobile Health Clinic services are available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
