Area residents watch as the time capsule is covered with soil. When reopened in 2042 the objects inside will offer a proxy for the activity of The Luminary Center for the Arts and give a glimpse of this cultural moment in the history of the City of St. Louis. Many thanks to the Missouri History Museum which partnered on this project.
