Ordinances Pertaining to Special Events

St. Louis City Ordinance 64105 - establishing a procedure by which street performers are issued permits, containing definitions, a penalty clause and an emergency clause.

St. Louis City Ordinance 65061 - Section 15, G - No licensed vendor shall conduct a vending business within 300 feet of a fair or festival unless such vendor has first obtained the written permission of the permit holder of the fair or festival or has been issued a festival vendor's license under the provisions of this ordinance.
