Out-of-School Youth Program
We provide educational and employment services to youth, ages 17 to 24 who are either at risk of dropping out of school or already have.
SLATE Missouri Job Center collaborates with regional partners and local organizations to provide educational, job training, and employment services to youth, ages 17 to 24, that are out-of-school or dropped out of school.

- GED Assistance
- Basic Skills Remediation
- Financial Literacy Training
- Post-Secondary Education Preparation
- Tutoring
Career Planning:
- Career Exploration
- Career Guidance
- Employability Skills Training
- Job Shadowing
- Referral to WIOA funded services
Paid Work Experience:
- Internships
- Job Placement
- Follow up
- Support Services
Who Is Eligible?
- You must be 17-24 years old
- Live in St. Louis City
- Not enrolled or attending any school
