Trash Collection Adjusted Due to Snow Forecast

All trash collection suspended for Mon., Jan. 26 due to snow removal priority

In anticipation of the expected snowfall, many of our Street Department staff members, including Refuse drivers, will be on snow call duty over the next several days. Plowing and treating city streets will be the highest priority. The department will suspend all trash collection on Mon., Jan. 26 and resume with the following schedule:

  • Collections scheduled for Mon., Jan. 26 will be postponed one day to Tues., Jan. 27
  • Collections scheduled for Tues., Jan. 27 will be postponed one day to Wed., Jan. 28
  • Regularly scheduled collection will resume on Thurs., Jan. 29

In the event of urgent collection needs, please contact the Citizens’ Service Bureau.
