Report a Problem With Trash, Debris and Containers

The City of St. Louis Streets Department appreciates reports of problems with trash and debris.

Department personnel may already be aware of a problem and may already be working to solve it, but sometimes your report is what's needed to learn about a problem.

Please provide as much information as possible on your trash issue. Include information on:

• Address or intersection of the issue
• Trash types or any special issues 
• Describe the conditions you have encountered

2. From the list of CSB Trash services Select the service that best fits your issue.
3. Complete all the steps with the correct information
4. Submit the request

Once you have fully filled out and submitted the correct information regarding your CSB request, you will receive an confirmation email with a Request ID Number.

Recycling Problems

Recycling requests or problems are handled differently than trash and debris. Report a problem with recycling.

Trash Collection Schedule

To determine your trash collection schedule, enter your address in the address and property locator. Specific dates and times will show under the Trash and Maintenance section. Holiday collection schedules may vary.
