Bid Opening Notice

City of St. Louis Supply Division public bid openings will be available on Zoom or if a vendor wishes to attend in- person meetings. You may drop off bids in person before opening date and time or via postage and through the online oracle portal. However, should you decide to attend in-person you can do so. The Zoom instructions are provided, via addenda, with all RFQs and RFBs that are offered. The need to ensure social distancing and ensure vendor and employee safety motivated this decision.
