Neighborhood Beautification: Beautification of Vacant Properties 23-SLFRF-45

LRA currently owns nearly 10,000 vacant properties in the City of St. Louis. Each of these vacant properties needs attention, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure they do not become a nuisance to surrounding properties. LRA will issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit private contractor crews capable of performing vegetation and debris removal and maintenance.
