Dev Fund and Preserve of Historic (B) 71592: LRA 23-SLFRF-44

This subrecipient agreement between the City's Community Development Administration (CDA) and Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) funds LRA's proactive development, demolition and rehabilitation of properties. Under this agreement, LRA, a state statutory body which serves as the City's land bank, is authorized to stabilize and rehabilitate at least four (4) properties, which are currently owned by LRA and located in Qualified Census Tracts. Eligible activities include building stabilization, interior/exterior improvements, painting, repairs, demolition, street and/or alley vacations, parcels consolidation or subdivision, environmental remediation, architectural and engineering services, land surveys, and similar activities necessary to positioning the property for future productive use. LRA is also authorized to find suitable buyers or tenants for the acquired property and sell or lease the property subject to CDA approval.
