Appointments can be reserved 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the following days: 

  • June 9-12th (Monday - Thursday)
  • June 16-18th (Monday - Wednesday)
  • June 23-26th (Monday - Thursday)

Appointments will range from 1-1.5 hours long. Free Uber rides are available to and from the DAC.

Rides to/from Shelters

The Red Cross, Bi-State Metro, and the City of St. Louis are partnering with community leaders to provide residents in the tornado impact zone who are housing insecure with daily transportation to St. Louis Red Cross shelter facilities. This service will continue until further notice.

In the evening, pickup time each night is 8:00 p.m. from designated community locations to designated shelters.

In the morning, pickup time is 9:00 a.m. from designated shelters, which will then take residents back to the designated community pickup location they arrived from.

Free Uber Rides To/From Disaster Assistance Center

Uber is providing free rides, up to $50 each way, to and from the Disaster Assistance Center. Use promo code STLRELIEF2025 in the Uber app. More information
