Good 4 U Episode Debut

December 19th marked the debut of the newest episode of Good 4 U, a show dedicated to healthy lifestyles hosted by Murphy Lee and KyJuan of the St. Lunatics. Doisy College of Health Sciences' auditorium on the campus of Saint Louis University was the site for this special screening. The evening included brief presentations by Murphy Lee and KyJuan; Mike Wayne, a personal trainer in the local area; and Kendra Phipps, a motivational speaker, followed by a screening of the 30-minute episode titled 'A Day in the Life of Murphy Lee and KyJuan'. Following the episode, Murphy Lee and KyJuan entertained questions from the audience. Lucky members of the audience won raffle prizes including Good 4 U t-shirts and gift cards to various stores around the area .Participants also enjoyed tasty vegetarian appetizers prepared by Fresh Gatherings Café, a sustainable eatery run by the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Saint Louis University.

Murphy Lee and KyJuan are very health-conscious and follow a vegan diet. Their main goal with this show is to encourage healthier lives for all people so they can experience longevity and well-being.
