Citizens' Service Bureau served as this year's conference host.

St. Louis proudly hosted the 12th Annual Conference of the Association of Government Contact Center Employees (AGCCE) last month. Our own Citizens' Service Bureau (CSB) served as the conference host. City employees were invited to attend the workshops and visit the vendor fair. Most workshop topics focused on customer service/technology related discussions that could apply to any City department.
The conference was held May 15-17 at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch.
Kudos to Cindy Riordan for her work with the Conference.
