The purpose of this Board Bill is to increase employment opportunities in the City and facilitate the Company's relocation to the City by depositing 50% of the revenue generated from the City's general sales tax within the Project Site into a sales tax reimbursement account and using such funds to reimburse the Company for certain tenant improvements.
