Summary

This Board Bill authorizes the City to enter into a Development and Performance Agreement to assist Corporate Interiors, Inc. d/b/a CI Select (the “Company”) in redeveloping the existing building located at 3942 Laclede Avenue in the City (the “Project Site”) into a new showroom space. The purpose of this Board Bill is to increase employment opportunities in the City and facilitate the Company’s relocation to the City by depositing 50% of the revenue generated from the City’s general sales tax within the Project Site into a sales tax reimbursement account and using such funds to reimburse the Company for certain tenant improvements.
