BOARD BILL NO. 48 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN SHANE COHN An ordinance adding language to Ordinance 68536 that gives the Excise Commissioner the discretion in the Twenty-Fifth Ward to begin the administrative process set forth in Ordinance 68536 to fine, suspend or revoke a liquor license held by a business that fails to abate a nuisance issue within 30 days of receiving a nuisance notice, as established in Ordinance 69730.
