Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 107 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN MARLENE DAVIS An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment that provides for financial incentives for air service at St. Louis Lambert International Airport™ (the "Airport"); determines and finds that it is in the best interests of The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the "City"), the Airport, and the traveling public to encourage service at the Airport by new passenger and cargo airlines and to stimulate service by airlines currently using the Airport by the adoption of programs providing for financial incentives for new airlines or new air service at the Airport; adopts an Air Service Incentive Program (the "Program"), for Fiscal Years 2018 through 2020, attached hereto as ATTACHMENT A and incorporated herein; authorizing the Director of Airports to implement and administer the Program; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
