Summary
An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on December 1, 2021, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from the "J" Industrial District and the "K" Unrestricted District to the "K" Industrial District only, on two parcels in City Block 2214, known as 3397 Chouteau Avenue and 813 Ranken Avenue; three parcels in City Block 2231 known as 3201 Papin Street, 750 Ranken Avenue & 750 Virginia Avenue; two parcels in City Block 2233.18 known as 800-98 Virginia Avenue & 800 Ranken Avenue and six parcels in 2243.18 known as 3201, 3205-13, 3301, 3235 & 3225 Chouteau Avenue and 900 Ranken Avenue, so as to include the described parcels of land in City Blocks 2214, 2231, 2233.18 & 2234.18; and containing an emergency clause.
