An ordinance recommended by the Board of Public Service repealing Section One of Ordinance 70524, a copy of which is attached hereto, and enacting in lieu thereof a new Section One of 70524, in order to make technical corrections to Ordinance 70524, which vacated above-surface, surface and sub-surface rights for vehicle, equestrian and pedestrian travel in several streets and alleys bounded by St. Louis Ave. on the north, 22nd St. on the east, Cass Ave. on the south and Jefferson Ave./Parnell St. on the west in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as hereinafter de¬scribed and in accor¬dance with Charter authority, and in conformity with Section l4 of Article XXI of the Charter; repealing Section Six of Ordinance 70524, as all requirements of Section Six have been met and are no longer applicable; and repealing and Section Ten of Ordinance 70524, and replacing it with an emergency clause.
