This Board Bill would to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 2800 South Jefferson Ave. Redevelopment Area. This project is the construction of a mixed-use building which will have 42 apartments. This Board Bill will allow a 10-year tax assurance with PILOTS equaling $572 per new residential unit plus a 2% annual increase.
