This Board Bill authorizes an amendment to Ordinance Number 67403, relating to a Lease Agreement dated April 2, 2007, to be extended in the second mutual option between The City of St. Louis and The Great Rivers Greenway District, authorizing the execution of a First Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City of St. Louis and The Great Rivers Greenway District, for a period of five (5) years with one more five (5) year mutual option for land rights in the Near North Riverfront neighborhood to be used as a bicycle and pedestrian facility, and for an increase in rent to $5,365.25 per year, then increasing by three (3) percent each year thereafter for the remaining years of the option period.
