The prospective redeveloper acquired the property from LRA and plans on renovating the home consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at the cost of $397,775. The redeveloper plans to utilize private funds for this project and financing from Community Development Administration (CDA). The asking price for this property will be approximately $195,000. Based on the Recommended Abatement Map approved October 26, 2018 by Board of Aldermen Resolution 104, a 10-year tax abatement based on 75 percent of the assessed value of the incremental Improvements is recommended.
