The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street. Selber Court from Goodfellow Ave. west to its terminus. The Petitioner is Steele Hillvale LLC. The vacated area will be used to improve safety and security, as well as, maintenance by changing the road to a private street of the apartment complex.
