Board Bill
The bill will repeal Ordinance 70573, and Ordinance 71045, and establishes a new liquor control district within the boundaries of 11th Ward. It will prohibit the issuance of any package liquor or drink licenses for any currently non-licensed premises and the transfer of existing licenses within the district, for a period of five years beginning from the effective date of this ordinance, except as provided in Section Four of the bill.
