An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing the Mayor to enter into and execute a grant agreement with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the receipt of Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) funding; appropriating the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety Eight Dollars ($6,999,198) in PRO Housing funds to the Community Development Administration; authorizing and directing the Director of the Community Development Administration (“CDA”) to execute contracts as may be necessary to expend funds; authorizing and directing the Comptroller to issue warrants thereon upon the City Treasury; and containing emergency and severability clauses.
