BOARD BILL NO. 510 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on February 6, 2008, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from “A” Single-Family Dwelling District to the “H” Area Commercial District, in City Blocks 822 (1415 S. 14th Street), 1250 (1400, 1410-20 & 1410R Dillon and 1419 Carroll) and 1251 (1400 Grattan), so as to include the described parcels of land in City Blocks 822, 1250 and 1251; and containing an emergency clause.
