REED An ordinance pertaining to the definitions of drug paraphernalia, amending Ordinance 66419, approved August 2, 2004, codified as Chapter 11.61 of the Revised Code, by repealing Section 11.61.010 pertaining to the definitions of drug paraphernalia and enacting in lieu thereof a new section pertaining to the same subject matter; and containing a severability clause and emergency clause.
