BOARD BILL # 265 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN SCOTT OGILVIE An ordinance recommended by the Board of Public Service to conditionally vacate above surface, surface and sub-surface rights for vehicle, equestrian and pedestrian travel in the northern 5 feet of the 15 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 5066 beginning at Kraft St. and extending eastwardly 132.725 ± 0.095 feet to a point and being bounded by Wise Ave., Louisville Ave., West Park Ave. and Kraft St. in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as hereinafter described, in accordance with Charter authority, and in conformity with Section l4 of Article XXI of the Charter and imposing certain conditions on such vacation.
