Summary

This Board Bill proposes an ordinance authorizing the Police Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Saint Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Missouri Office of Crime Victim Services to fund the Protection Program for Witnesses of Violence grant program upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and to expend funds by entering into contracts, or otherwise, in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of said Grant Agreement; containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
