Street and Alley Vacations
Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public alleys and streets. 1) Prescott from East Clarence and East Athlone,; 2) East Holly from Bulwer to Prescott; 3) the 20 foot wide "L" shaped alley in City Block 3447 as bounded by East Clarence, Bulwer, East Holly and Prescott; 4) the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 3444 as bounded y East Holly, Bulwer, East Athlone and Prescott. The Petitioner is Clarence Broadway LLC. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for commercial redevelopment.
