Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public street. Essex Place from Marcus Avenue eastwardly approximately 367 feet. The Petitioner is Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for a storm water detention basin.
