Vacation of Water Street
Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public sidewalk. The easternmost 8.52 feet of Water Street from East Davis northwardly approximately 143 feet. The Petitioner is NMJ Holdings LLC. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property to include the existing loading dock area which is presently encroaching in the right of way.
