An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on June 9, 2021, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from the “J” Industrial District to the “H” Area Commercial District, in City Block 3962 (4100, 4108, 4112, 4120, 4126, 4128, 4130, 4136 & 4146-4200 Clayton Avenue and 4101 & 4123 Sarpy Avenue), so as to include the described parcels of land in City Block 3962; and containing an emergency clause.
