The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following unimproved alley. The southern 175.14 ± .01 feet of the 20 foot wide north/south alley aka as Cabanne Way in City Block 4547 as bounded by Clemens, Clara, Enright and Goodfellow. The Petitioner is Darlene Green. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property to improve safety and security.
