Summary

The proposed bill will repeal Ordinance Number 70573 and reestablish the Third Ward Liquor Control District. Except as otherwise provided in the bill, effective May 1, 2022, it will be prohibited to issue any package or drink liquor licenses for any currently non-licensed premises within the boundaries of the Fourth Ward Liquor Control District for a period of five years.
